Using this site
Everything on this site is free. You do not need an account to read anything, and most downloads are open. A few packets ask for an email address so we can send you the file and tell you when it is updated.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The materials we publish
Workbooks, packets, pathway maps and guides on this site are made by NAUA STEM Academy and our volunteers. You may download them, print them, and use them for your own study, or for teaching and advising students, at no cost.
Please do not sell them, put them behind a paywall, or present them as your own work. If you share them, keep them intact and say where they came from. If you want to use them in a school, programme or company, email us and we will almost certainly say yes.
Advisor sessions
Advisor appointments are for people aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian can contact us to arrange guidance on behalf of a younger student.
Sessions are booked through the academy and never arranged privately between an advisor and a student. Advisors are volunteers who are reviewed and background-checked before working with students.
Advisors speak from their own experience. They are not speaking for the academy or for their employer, and a session is not professional financial, legal, admissions or career advice. See our Disclaimer.
We may cancel or reschedule a session, and we may decline a booking, without giving a reason.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee admission to any school, any amount of financial aid, or any job. Pay figures, industry codes and pathway information can change and may be out of date by the time you read them.
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
Your conduct
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site. Do not scrape it at a scale that affects other people. Do not misrepresent yourself as an advisor, a volunteer, or a representative of the academy.
Links to other sites
We link to outside sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Utah State Board of Education. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do we will change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
